CAPIT product range
CAPIT's range of five joist seals, with or without
extenders, are suitable for use with all commonly used joist cross-sections,
whether traditional timber joists or engineered joists, and all block
thicknesses greater than 85 mm.

Remember:-

Each CAPIT joist seal can be
used with any wall thickness greater than 85 mm and provide full support for
the joist end directly on the blockwork. There's no need for different
seals for different wall thicknesses.

Each CAPIT joist seal without
an extender can be
trimmed in height to suit joists substantially smaller than 225 mm in height,
or the gap above the joist can be packed with mineral wool without affecting
the sealing efficiency of the joist seal.

Each CAPIT joist seal with an
extender can be
used with any height of joist between 226 mm and 410 mm.

Each CAPIT joist seal can be
packed with mineral wool when used with thinner joists without affecting the
sealing efficiency of the joist seal.

Each CAPIT joist seal can be
used with traditional timber joists or engineered joists.
